Departing transfer – tour to Chania via Margarites Eleytherna museum – Arkadi monastery and Rethymnon continue West and reach Chania in the afternoon at the hotel . Aptera – WWII cemetery – Venizelos Graves - Museum of Chania and walking tour in the old town combined with a food and tasting along the way . Cruise 4 h from the port of Chania (weather permitting – if this will not be possible the tour will be replaced with a tour on the western part of Crete ) . Enjoy a cruise from the port of Chania to the near by islet and of course the picturesque Chania Venetian port and lighthouse from the sea…. Overnight stay at Chania . In case of cancellation of the cruise due to weather conditions , there are alternative programs that we can provide ( Southern part of Chania or other highlights of western Crete )

Departure transfer to the airport of Chania
9 days full program with minimum participants 2 and maximum participants 7 . More guests can participate upon request.

Included
- All transfers and tours as mentioned above in the per day program . If any site ( for any reason ) will be closed – we will alter the program accordingly to add another site of similar importance and interest.
- Professional licensed English speaking guide and archaeologist through out the program with the group.
- All entrance fees to all archaeological sites. Whispers for all participants to hear clearly the information by the guide in any site.
- Accommodation is included : 3 nights at a hotel in Agios Nikolaos in the city center / 2 nights in Heraklion and 4 nights at a Chania city center ( so you can enjoy the city at your pace , after the tours) Breakfast is included at the hotel – All lunches are included in the day tours . No extra charge for a single room. The hotels are 4+ and 5 star city hotels .
- Every guest will receive organic olive oil and local herbs ( have some space in your luggage to take them back home )
- Olive oil tasting / culinary experience and wine tasting, food tours where mentioned are included.
- All local s taxes and VAT24% is included ( Accommodation tax is also included)

- Travel Insurance – we strongly recommend you to purchase a travel insurance that will cover any unforeseen event, cancellation or trip interruption for any reason ( sudden storms- earthquakes – medical emergencies, personal belongings , flight delays .
- Kindly send us a copy of your insurance policy before the tour starts. In the Area of Chania we cooperate with Dr. Vittorakis Clinic and in Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos there is a well organized hospital and private Clinics.
- Any transportation at the free days or after the tours is not included
- The lunch / diners include local wine – not other options , such as cocktails , spirits or bottled wine – which is up to you . Other snacks or meals / coffee breaks not listed in the day program .
- Laundry – for this service we can arrange with the hotel or other businesses and inform you about the cost.
- Flights are not included ( international and domestic) – you should make the proper arrangements based on the dates of the program . If for some reason there is a delay in your arrival – you can join the program in the second day – and we can try to add some alternatives for the last or free day . (so that you will not miss something . – this is based on good faith – we try to remain flexible as we are travelers ourselves and things happen …)
